The Potato, from plough to plate is a website designed to explain every stage of the route the potatoes have followed from the farmer's field through to the supermarket. As well as explaining how we do our best to ensure the potatoes reach you in the best condition, the site also includes some handy tips on what you can do to keep the potatoes in top condition at home, and some selected potato recipes from the Waitrose website.
